Yes, same thing I said. All regions have a lower cutoff mark to get further education in Nigeria. Some states have as low as 10 points while the same exam sets cut off as high as 280 points for their IGBO counterparts

It isn't the same thing. You mentioned university level and JAMB. The cut off points are set by (I believe) NECO at secondary school level, two different things.

Also, it isn't set by region or tribe, it is done by state.

The thing is, Feminism is not a really bad concept, it's basically women claiming a "relatively" equal right more like equity.
