it is not, only envy and hate make them amplify it when it comes to SE….crime is everywhere,do you want a list from SW or north?

The humongous number of people with comprehension issues in Nigeria is worrisome!

The post by Obi is as explicit as U can get!

Bring down, deal, arrest and prosecute those into fake drugs in Anambra state or any other state but leave out or isolate markets that don't deal on drugs!

Why would the markets that are into pipe or rod sales be shut down?

Why shutdown for instance, the entire computer village because some stores are selling fake iphones or computer spare parts?

Simply isolate those stores selling the fake products and ensure the owners are not only arrested but prosecuted and jailed while their stores are closed down permanently!

Obi guffed well, reopening HQ of fake drugs market is a no no till investigation is complimented. Just your kids are in America where there are no fake drugs doesn't mean others lives doesn't matter
So because there are stores with counterfeit and fake drugs, other stores that are into clothing or other line of businesses should shutdown according to U!

The closure, aside from affecting those selling drugs, also affected those selling other goods. NAFDAC has to look into it, ensuring that innocent people are not affected by the shut down of the entire area.

When has Obi come out to criticise closure of markets on Mondays… we indeed dodged a bullet!!!

If your neighbour is into crime, you know and did give him out are you not an accomplice already

A law abiding Market will not condone or creat a haven for criminals. oil n water dont mix

Once the market get the message habitating criminals selling fake will bring trouble to all of them, they will sit up.

Crime is everywhere, police are limited and cant be everywhere, there the people are the best shot to gather intelligence and keep our environment safe.

That's still not a good enough reason to close down a store or stores that are unrelated to the affected stores selling counterfeit products!
True...some store owners know those stores into fake drugs and may have tried to inform the security agencies!
Unfortunately, the security may be involved with these fake drugs owners...
Moving forward, nafdac can institute a whistle blower policy that will expose those into fake drugs!

Hope you supported Buhari when he closed the boarders indefinitely because people smuggle fuel?? What did he achieve when even Dangote could.not export his cement from.same boarder.

All of you are penny wise and pound foolish. Will.you close the entire Oshodi market because people are selling pirated books?

How market and boarder take relate undecided, you dont deserve a respond

In most big market, there are sections for things, odumota for instance there are sections for cloth, ceramics, electronics, food ... in cases like these one task force lock down that section not the whole market

even the bible says, where the sinner is chopping wotowoto Saint go share inside

Shutting down the market isn't the solution.
Chopping off the head is not the solution to headache

In saner climes, those village touts are not supposed to be anywhere within the supply chain of pharmaceutical drugs.

D sealed market comprises of
1) ogbo ogwu/ drug
2) plumbing
3) handtools / building materials

Mr Peter Obi , said NAFDAC should not close shops of people who has nothing to do with selling drugs.
So let us not be so myopia because it didn't affect us.
Always think well, for the betterment of the society.

That market has been a hub for fake and expired drugs since the days of Dora.

If Dora had ordered the market to be demolished back then and not listened to the Agulu fraud, will we be discussing closing same market today ?

Impunity and their filty lucre is what is keeping these bastards still in operation and idiots like obi who go around lobbying on their behalf.

Nigeria and west Africa at large will be far safer if that market is permanenty shut down and all those involved in this racketeering made to face severe consequences for their evil criminality.

Nafdac dont have to institute a whistle blower policy, except you dont agree its people civil responsibility to report crime.

if i know chinedu opposite my chop deals in counterfeit and should task force come we will all suffer for it, wont i do everything to displace chinedu

Oga the most effective watchdog against counterfeit sellers will be there counterpart selling genuine product in the same market, cos they have a name to protect and a market they dont wana lose.

Majority of the traders there know fake drugs are traded in the market. As usual they will blame everyone except themselves
This is true. Still doesn't justify collective punishment. Nadfac should interface with the traders and set up an anonymous whistle blowing channel.

Are humans born in factories? If you were born in a factory, then we can agree with you. If not then you need to clean up the mess in your brain and stop following the crowd.

“I pray Nigerians all wake up…”. And when it is time for election, you expect your tribesman to win in the same area that you are praying your evil prayer against, just to become the President of the same Nigeria?

What is more evil than arranging to behead your close family member or friend, for the purpose of money making? Can you see how that your evil prayer is working against you? Is it not said that those that go to equity must have clean hands?

Nafdac said they’re not done with investigations as it’s likely more stores are also guilty of fake drugs..

So you expect Nafdac to leave the market so they can quickly ship out those fake drugs to another location?
