You don't need to legalized your marriage certificate and birth certificate if you want to travel together with your family, you only need it if they want to join you later in Portugal.

Please, i am yet to understand this legalization of a thing.

I plan travelling with my husband and kids together on student visa. Are you saying i don't need to legalize my marriage certificate and my kids birth certificate since we are going together?

Please, you guys should let me know so I don't end up wasting my money please house...

exactly, don't waste your money if all of you want to go together at once. But if you go alone and you want them to join you later, they will need legalization of both marriage and birth certificates

That means since I’m going alone for now , I can leave the marriage and birth certificate aside for my wife to legalise before she joins me . No need legalizing it now cos I am trying to cut cost . And like I asked earlier is it required i legalise my own personal birth certificate? Pls I need clarity on this

I've gotten my visa, I'm traveling without my family, they will join me later. I did not legalize anything and the only document I authenticated were my degree certs and police character

aside my Marriage certificate and my kids birth certificate I will authenticate at Ministry of foreign affairs , how about my own birth certificate. Do I need to authenticate it to?

You can authenticate it, but you don't need it

Authenticate your birth certificate at the ministry of foreign affairs only. No legalisation at the Embassy

Individual POF is from that 15m and above, mostly for those going on master's, because most times it depends and is calculated based on the duration of your study
How many months minimum?
Can 2 months Bank statement be enough?

y you didn’t legalize any documents ? Is it cos your school didn’t demand you legalise your documents at the embassy ? How is that possible?

To legalize my WAEC from Portugal embassy for the Tourismo de Portugal application will take longer as expected, so I only legalized my documents from ministry of education and ministry of foreign affairs and sent to the school. I told them to get appointment and legalize from Portugal embassy is above six weeks to be ready.
Am hoping for the best.

Good morning
Pls do we need to legalize documents again from the embassy? I already legalized my HND nd and nabteb and waec from the ministry of foreign affairs and ministry of education are we still going to legalize at Portugal embassy?

What’s the cost
5,000 per document . For the transcript you pay per the numbers of page . So let’s say your transcript is 4 pages that’s 4x5 =20. You register online , make payment via the MOE site and book appointment then take your payment receipt and appointment slip to Abuja for the authentication .

There was network issues on monday and Tuesday, there was no light, which was later compounded by network glitches, so they didn't do any work on those 2 days.
