At this point, the league is for Liverpool, they can't bottle this.

Pep Guardiola should be sacked.
He no longer has a clue on what to do.
I knew back then that a time would come when his slow,100 back passes and 80 side passes, taking the ball to the opponents half and wingers returning back to defenders in City's half, would be exposed one day.
Watch Real,Liverpool and other modern teams, fast breaks, wingers attacking defenders, that's how football is played.
Yes,sometimes you cannot get it right, but fast breaking teams Will allways have 70% more chance than any team that plays the way City does.
Same phase Barcelona passed through but they are beginning to adjust their pattern too with quick transitions, wingers that attack defenders and midfielders that move the ball quickly.
Kevin De Bruyne was the only player in City's team that tried to do the quick transitions but his legs can no longer carry him well.
Who wants to watch a team that is slow and makes countless back passes!
Watch how exciting City was when they even used the long balls from Ederson against Chelsea.
He should either change or be sacked
Liverpool were once in this position man city is in. Man city will do better next season

What's really City's problem. The players are playing well yet Liverpool are scoring. Pep has no solution to City defence. I can't just understand

Because of just one bad season after 4 consecutive trophies he should be sacked? It is that kind of rash decision making that has taken Chelsea from title contenders to regular mid table club
Okay, let him continue with his pattern of play.
But let me ask you a simple question.
Which of the European giants,Real, Barcelona,Bayern,PSG,Chelsea, during Abram era and even this Liverpool would tolerate such a bad patch, especially when the coach is still sticking to a system of play that is causing the team matches.
Which of them will permit being disgraced by Real, small and big teams?

Without Salah, Liverpool won't be where they are. Imagine Salah was injured as Saka.

True, Salah is crucial, but Liverpool's success is a team effort. It's not just about one player.

Liverpool is the most serious team in the EPL this season.

I have told all my fellow Arsenal fans that, as usual, we should wait till next season, because only a fool could watch our match yesterday against Westham and still believe that we are a serious team, or we have any ounce of ambition.

The team entirely is finished

It's all over for pep at this point he should just call it quits before more damage is done to his legacy.

There will always be a first time. City waited for 34 years before winning the league.
City wasn't consistently playing UCL. They only started playing at 2012 and by 2022 they already have it. Sometimes first time never comes.

Agreed, none of them might tolerate such a bad run, but this guy deserves some credit. And some slack. He has distinguished himself everywhere he went and still managing to finish top 4 in his very worst season for over a decade or maybe even his top-flight managerial career, is definitely something to be tolerated, definitely not worthy of crucifixion. Don't also forget his personal struggles with divorce might have affected his early season.
Personally I think he should be given till next season before any talk of sack.

He is still in the top four. How can you sack a coach that has won 6 epl out of 7 just because he failed to win the 7th epl?

And we've got one hand on the trophy.
With 11 points clear. grin

And that's the victory ladies and gentlemen..
A crucial one at that.
