I'm not saying what she's doing is right, but maybe she is telling the truth about those menstrual cramps because some ladies would have mood swings during those days and would just want to isolate themselves from the world.

I used to be like that before I found the right pills to help with the cramps... Everyone would easily piss me off during those days even when they didn't do anything wrong and sometimes I'd even miss my tests and exams.
