The Qadi of the Shari’ah Court of Appeal, Kwara State, Justice Abdurraheem Sayi, has stated that approval of state authorities or traditional rulers is not needed for Muslims to establish and operate Shari’ah arbitration panels in the South-West. https://punchng.com/swest-govts-lack-power-to-stop-shariah-panels-kwara-judge/ 13 Likes 2 Shares

As of today and as far as I'm aware, the majority people of the southwest say they don't want shari'a in their region. Is it by force to impose on them what they don't want? 141 Likes 12 Shares

CodeTemplar: But you muslims kill those you accuse of apostasy. You support killing of Christians like Deborah, etc. Sharia is a constitutional right of Muslims. Una support everything Islam. Una support a mu-mu ticket which is not good for a country that is like Nigeria, now you reject shariah for yourselves. Una wicked and evil. 45 Likes 2 Shares |

richiemcgold: Islamists have an agenda... They want to make Sharia the norm in every state and start imposing it on people in muslim-dominated communities. Bodies like MURIC, Emirate of Sokoto and National Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, have done some secret meetings and they have an agenda to systematically Islamize Nigeria. They will tell you it's for Muslims alone, but once they are the majority in a community, they will impose Sharia on you, if you resist, they will KILL you and claim you blasphemed against mohammed. Remember how Deborah was killed in Sokoto and nobody has been convicted till date. All the muslims (including Dangote's son in-law and some prominent politicians) were happy that a Christian girl was stoned to death & burned alive cos she said they should stop mentioning religious things in an academic WhatsApp group. That is the plan! 37 Likes 3 Shares |

Amongst all the problems that are harassing Nigeria currently, it is Sharia law that concerns these ones. Well, it's not their fault. The regions where the so called Sharia is being implemented, how well are they fairing? The bye-products of the Sharia in those regions have been lack of peace, terrorism, kidnappings, bombings, lack of productivity, infrastructure and economic activities and lack of adequate education. Is that what they want to stretch to the only remaining peaceful and progressing region in the country? 10 Likes 2 Shares |
