The problem with Nigerians educated as many claim to be is they are ignorant despite their education.

Sharia law cannot be implemented in any state without approval of the state assembly.

Sharia arbitration panel is not sharia law. It has no force of law is not binding on even the Muslims. A Muslim must voluntarily agree to appear at the panel and he can reject the outcome of the panel. Sharia panels already exist in Lagos state since 2002. It is not sharia law.

You cannot implement sharia law anywhere in Nigeria without the approval of the state assembly and the governor. If you read the attached below, they tried it and it was rejected by the governor and th assembly. On that basis sharia law can NEVER (I repeat never) come to the SW! The first people that will reject the introduction of sharia law in yoruba land are the yoruba Muslims themselves.

So if you want sharia law, I suggest YOU RELOCATE to Zamfara or otherwise!
