dishy.starlink.com has been deprecated for the app. webapp.starlink.com is the only one left for people that have bypassed the router / don't have access to the app

Which link is that

Using SSIDs as an option; you can create one and assigned number of connected users and speed, e.g.
10 users/ 10Mbps. Whether the neighbor decides to share the password with 10 people or use it alone, the speed will never exceed 10Mbps.
And the more people the neighbor shares the password with, the more his (the neighbor's) speed reduces.
Owner's speed remains untouched.

This is possible with TP Link?

You can put the SIM inside a smartphone and turn on the hotspot if the router does not improve. Works better that way sometimes.

Their dumb agent told me the SIM only works inside the MI-FI device

No, it works with other devices. Not working often has something to do with their network.

Good news is that West Africa is now being officially introduced to starlink v3 and mini devices with residential and residential lite services.
This has been officially opened for Ghana, Sierra Leone and Liberia.

Bad news is that Nigeria and Benin Republic are still not considered yet. Both countries are still blocked from new subscribers awaiting for v3 to be officially introduced for them. Only then will the new monthly price of 75k take effect. Hopefully it'll happen this month.

Shalom.

It’s just a mini version of the Starlink v3 dish and too big to even fit one’s pocket . It still has to be outside facing the sky like the normal sized dish and still needs an external power source to work because there is no internal battery. Although the good thing with it is the router is also inbuilt into the mini dish, so it makes it quite easy to carry along to different locations or install in a car like I’ve seen in lots of YouTube videos.

Policy issue
Can't be certain coz it's no more the entire west Africa that is blocked. They've opened some countries. Could be policy issue, could also be desire to get enough v3 devices into countries before opening it up again for sales.

God abeg oh.
I need that v3.
Time will come v2 people will be crying for support to get replacement parts but they can't due unavailability like it happened to v1 people in the US. They were forced to move to v2. Now everyone will be forced to move to v3 after some years of usage.

I need that v3 in Nigeria before March ends

If they want to send starlink out of business, they should make their service to be gigabit and lesser price than Elon Musk.

Be careful what you pray for. Your prayer only means closure of starlink in Nigeria. That's the only route it'll take if V3 and sub increase don't work.
You people are in town, so if starlink leaves you have alternatives.
We who live in the rural bush with no mtn, glo or airtel and only survive with starlink, we will pay even 150k per month if it comes to it.

Bring on the v3 and 75k. I pray it comes this month.
