The Supreme Court didn't finish it. Because what was brought before them, wasn't the issue of the defection of the lawmakers, the Supreme Court said there was no evidence of their defection. But there was an affidavit sworn by them, saying they have defected. This is where Nigerians are waiting to see what the judiciary will do now.
In this case, their affidavits will be tendered as evidence.
You know that the affidavit was made under an oath.
But what really do I know self. Is there any hope of justice with Nigerian judiciary system?
The Case is lost also at the Federal Court.
Please why is the RSHA after the chief justice of Rivers State? Is it their duty to do that? Why haven't they done that close to 2yrs they have been out of the assembly?

Their position is already secured by the Supreme Court. It is disgusting for any lower court to still have such rubbish in its court, since the Supreme Court has resolved everything. So they are right to demand for it to be struck out and it will.

SC court only stated that its only a court of competent jurisdiction that can declare their seats vacant and until that happens they retain their seats.
