I went to this site today, for a delivery around the estate, seen our achievement here around it's preveledge, glass work by ADEDWARD and construction with designs done by Dennis 3d, client nairalander,

It is location dependent. However, on average it is about 4k per 10 - 12 tons lorry.

In my location in Delta State, the attached lorry will cost you from 4k to fill the foundation. So they charge per type (tonnage) of the lorry.

If 5 trips of the attached lorry will fill your foundation, that is 4k × 5 = 20k.

Boss thanks so much for this. Please can you estimate the cost of workmanship for setting of DPC (German floor) on a 30 x 60ft flat land space after foundation and filling. Just bricklayer and labourer pay alone. All materials available

In Delta state how much is 2-in-1 trip of sharp sand and a trip of plaster sand (iyabi) sold?

For bricklayer, the industry standard is N120 - N160 per block.

I'm not sure of 2-in-1 but 10 - 12 tons is 70k as at January/ February in Warri axis.
