That is why the price has been going down, indeed some people see before others which is unfair.

Disappointing, how ? N30 from N59 eps, 6% yield at current price, it’s an oil and gas company with a lot of capex and opex. Not sure what you want them to pay out

What is the return on equity, return on invested capital, net margin, gross margin, operating cash flow margin, free cash flow margin, compounded annualized earning growth rate in the last 3 years, what is the forecast earning growth rate for the next 5 years, what percentage of the earnings are converted to free cash flow.

These are many others are needed when looking for quality stocks

Warm greetings Oga Emma

Apparently you purchased Nahco as a penny stock yet a quality stock so will you be kind to recommend a penny quality stock that has met or in the neighborhood of meeting aforementioned criteria for a long term investment.

Gracias!

Hello house, I recently search sec website and saw that I have some unclaimed dividends and GREENWICH MERIDIAN AND DATA SOLUTIONS as the registrar name.

How do I claim this dividend?
I don't know about this Greenwich Meridian, but it's Greenwich Registrars I know....
Guess it's same Registrar

Send mail to : info@gtlregistrars.com to make enquiry and then take it up from there.

Alternatively, mention the stocks so you can be guided on who the Registrar is/are.

Imagine somebody expecting N50 payout out of 59 EPS!
Some people are much difficult to please.....wonder how they'll be in reality.
Let's have a grateful heart at least.

I swear that man needs to be investigated, old man with bad advice.

If I remember correctly, GT was at ₦30 or less when he said he sold and told everyone to sell. GT has done 120% and has paid multiple dividends since then.

Normal person go hide in shame but this is Nigeria, everyone makes noise.

Your shares will then be listed on NASD instead of the NGX and your investment will now be subject to supervisory rules and regulations of the NASD(instead of that of the NGX)
There is a window for dissenting shareholders who do not want that. The window is from 4th April to 4th July or so.
They will be compensated for their shares post delist from NGX and will cease to be shareholders.
You can contact the Registrars for more enquires.

This is just a local maximum (your supposed hilltop), not the global extremum (maximum). grin
Agbalowomeri:

Lol who is competing with you on knowing. My hypothesis is still in place. EPS will trend down from here. Isn't that what we are saying? We are on a hilltop and descending grin. If Q1 and Q2 EPS 2025 show growth over 2024, then you have won.

He sold around #40 actually and if his claim of porting to dollars is right, then he probably made the right choice (since $ to naira has doubled since then). Agba is an old head in this game so no need bashing him IMO. His pessimistic views helps balance the overly-optimistic ones so his opinions (especially if you filter out his troll comments) are very much welcomed and appreciated here. Gracias.
