Hmmmmmm......and I remember how Taipei 101 resisted a huge earthquake, also while under construction......it's much taller than this building, possibly more than twice as tall.

It resisted because it was designed to.

You can only build to a known magnitude. Earthquake of higher magnitude may occur and still collapse the strongest of buildings, while a less strong building will remain intact.

Hmmm ...guess strong earthquake. Camera man did a great job ... like a pro. I just fear for the people engulfed by the dust. Dust from World Trade Center collapse is said to cause 68 different types of cancer. Many developed cancer shortly after and kept dying since then.
