Anytime I'm driving in traffic and I see little boys as young as 9 or 10 years washing windscreens of cars trapped in traffic,I feel anger and disgust for the parents. . Their mother was an adult, and she could have and should have done better. Adults are responsible for their own lives and she had every reason to have made the right decision as far as getting pregnant and preparing for the birth and all associated emergencies. She is not a victim as it is, unless it is proven that the man intentionally hoodwinked her into going to a hospital that he knew they both could not afford.
