Can you pls advise what the standard regulatory setback for a building is, according to Nigeria building code. i.e distance of a building form the road and the surrounding fences.i look fwd to getting an authoritative answer from the gurus on this thread.

Its 3m away from other buildings and 6m away from the road (or 10m from the centre of the road). Which implies that for a corner piece, your set backs will be 3m, 3m, 6m and 6m while for other plots, it will be 3m, 3m, 3m and 6m

that suppose to be a standard plot. only if its corner piece like this. 5 of this would ve work. However, it can still work if not corner piece but they wont ve private entrance
