Ok so here is how the interview went , it a was 30mins- 1 hr chat

Questions asked include:
Tell me about yourself
What is your impression about smokers
Describe a time when you had to push product into the market and how did you Handel it
How much do you currently earn
If you say we shouldn't encourage non smokers to smoke how do you expect the business to survive
What do you know about trade marketing
Do you have any questions ?

In my opinion, the best way to succeed at the interview is to prepare very very well, read and understand the companies position and impression about smoking and smokers
Ensure that you study the every single page of the BAT website
Discuss with them like you would your friends because frankly they are young people, what they want to know is how well you understand the company and regulations around the product and also if you if you can do the job
Prepare scenerios where you had to sell of push a product into the market in the course of your job , what you did and how you did it

Hv bn to AA b4 they hv both manual n auto for the driving test.

They will start calling by April- May. God will do it for again and again for me.

I am willing to give good advice to anyone that asks, for now what I'll say is prepare very very well 4 d interview , remember that BAT only speaks to the best of the best so know that your would be coming up against some of the best brains Nigeria has to offer , so please prepare yourself,and make sure the understand the TMR role properly.

have you done any interview with them. I've not heard from them after the test, no success or regret text. I'm still waiting o. Atleast they should tell me if I passed or not.

Please house I just got a mail from bat for the TMR (north) recruitment scheduled for 14th may in zaria, please I need info on their test format, is it going to be a computer based test?

same here bor. I wrote thesame day as well. Till now, came all the way from Ph to Lagos and they can't send me commong result. Dose dude are are cwazy

BAT usually do send regret mail, even at application level. So your thoughts are quite wrong.

I had a similar interview yesterday..
I'm not sure what comes up next after this interview sha.. But Like they mentioned, In a forthnight we shall know.. I was interviewed with 4 other candidates..

Am yet to receive BAT invitee i passed the test that was written on 1st Feb, but am yet to get receive the invitee for the interview or that of the assement centre.
