You would have to look hot and sexy that is Green colour with a 9ce a little above the knee skirt. Expect questions like how to you treat and aggrieved customer who is cursing and abusive.

Its Simple, I have done the interview before.. about a month ago.. Just dress sharp, be confident, bold and speak out. Its a few seconds interview.. What they are looking its just the boldness and confidence in you.. Thats all.. Wish you all the best..

Anytime you get a call from 0805557****,it is a Glo staff calling you..and since you applied ,it is definitely an HR official.@Oyin,you may choose to be on a suit to impress the interviewers but it is not a must,presumably.i would advice you look modest in your dressing.Even in the office,we only wear suit on a monday(not really compulsory though ncessary)and semi-formal on other days excluding fridays.

The door test is when you enter you dont turn your back to the interviewers while closing the door..you close it behind you andbe sure it is closed.Your hands(or fingers) should be kept where it can be easily viewed by the interviewers.The greeting should be general(eg.good morning Mas'..gud morning sirs.'

you need to be confident and that's all.They are free people and you would enjoy the chat your words eg.thereafter,in addition among others ..it doesnt take tym.wish you the best

@op, don't let Freddywells-NGN confuse you, he obviously did his glo interview many years ago. Those things he outlined are not necessarily observed anymore. There's only ONE interview these days, 2 at most. No one sees Adenuga anymore. Dress formal, speak with confidence and maintain eye contact. After the interview make sure you ask them a question like - when can I start?

For the person that got a missed call from 0805557****, pick up your phone and return that call, you don't wanna miss your chance.

@Sleekcm, thanks for your interview tips, I would like to know hw much Glo pays its customer care executive and are they really recruiting recently, cos I heard a publication for customer care agents with an email address that looks personal ie customer.agents@yahoo.co.uk. I don't feel comfortable with the mail address, was finking its a scam. Pls advice if its real, therer was a thresd that says the recruitment is for Glo and locations are Abuja and Portharcourt. Guys I applied for PH CC on the day the application expired after so many trials cos the mail kept bouncing back as also experienced by many, but I was successful in the end. If I applied successful on monday and they started calling on wednesday evening and am yet to receive their call, could it be that I wasn't shortlisted or its a batch thing? Cos I know someone that applied for PH cc and has been called. Peeps with Glo interviews experience should help me out please.
