@dannydolly thanks a lot. @ lovetosin the cost of the wardrobes are 90K for the ones with 3 doors and 2 drawers. 125k for the master bedroom 4 doors, 2 drawers and shoe rack. The material use is laminated MDF. (the MDF comes in different grade and quality, according to the manufactures of this the MDF is from Israel and is of high quality) |

Watch out for our new tread on a project that has kept us on our toe for a while. To avoid keeping our tread follower in suspense i deliberately decided to finish a mile stone, gather all pics and cost update before opening the tread. The project is located at Lekki, a block of 3 floor containing 4 nrs of 3-bedroom flat and 1 nr of 4 bedroom duplex with maids quarters, all in a single block on 1 plot corner piece of land. mufutau55:Yes o as the rent for 3 bedroom flat in this axis is about 1.5m, the owner is going to use the duplex and still be raking in about 6M annualy. and the site plan is such that there is no interference between the tenants and the house owner, that is the advantage of the corner piece. i will upload the site plan later |
