I love to personalise my themes, I love themes So much, like using my pictures or pictures of my favourite celebrities to create my own themes. Am currently using android phone L3 to b precise, please can anyone link me to any application to create.and personalise my own themes on tecno android phones?

Download any launcher from the play store or one mobile market, preferably go launcher or Nova launcher then I can customize as u want.

thanks, I already had ADW launcher, it didn't allow me have 2 different wallpapers, the inner and outer pictures were d Same, but I just downloaded go launcher, thanks to u as it gave me exactly what I want, 2 different wallpapers
