A friend of mine subscribed to the BBM monthly data bundle, after some days, he got a modem and so bought 1GB from mtn ie normal data, the problem now is, when he checks his data balance, the 1000MB shows there but he cant browse with the sim on his modem, I think its cos of the BB bundle on it,so Jide, is there any solution to this problem? can the bb subscription be cancled so he can browse with the 1GB?

Hi. Please advise your friend to cancel the blackberry subscription by texting EXPIRE to 21600. Once he gets confirmation it has been deactivated, he should text DATA ON to 131. This would enable him browse on his modem.
