In recognition of the caliber of outstanding men and women the University of Nigeria Nsukka has produced since its inception in 1960 and being an alumnus of UNN, a comprehensive list of notable and outstanding UNN alumni in different fields of endeavour needs to be compiled. The current list of UNN alumni can be seen below and I call on worthy individuals of the UNN cause, graduate or no graduate of UNN, to add names of outstanding UNN alumni and past and present faculty members who are missing in the list below. In addition to the list obtained from the UNN alumni website, I have added as many UNN alumni and faculty members I can remember.
