I didn't call. So what took it?

Hi santosjohn, simply send EXPIRE to 21600 to deactivate an existing BB plan. You can activate the new plan of choice afterwards. Regards.

Hi Jregz, if this is a data bundle you can confirm its balance by dialling *131*4#. But if its a data bonus, you can dial *559*2# to check the balance. Regards.

Sincere apologies for this. A refund has been made to your line after checks were made to confirm the deductions. Also, I suggest you reduce data usage at this time because your data balance now is quite low, heavy data usage could result in credit deduction for internet. Regards.

Dis is my story........ sad I bought d new Mtn sm@rt s620 @ d Mtn office, ikotun and d seller helped me configured it but one thing I noticed is DAT d sim1 is locked to my Mtn line, in fact d sim1 slot doesn't accept any other Mtn line. can anyone help me out with dis?

Truly sorry about this situation, Haryoryhemie. By default the SIM 1 slot is locked to MTN lines and should accept any other MTN SIM. I suggest you take the phone to our service centre to report this issue for technical assistance with the device. All inconvenience regretted.

Please MTN, my sim has expired. It was unused for few month and now that slot it into my phone to make use of it the network was no where to be found please. What do I do on this sense? the number is below, expired on February this year.

I've not been able to check my data share balance (07031167891) i.e the data share from my modem.


Also my MTN E355 Mobile wifi smart modem, i dont get sms alert again, and my sms inbox is not showing.

I had a time based MTN data subscription which expired in August.
Shortly after, I got a data share from a friend which I used for sometime.
However, it stopped working and I cannot seem to use the datashare anymore now.

Hello Morofolu, checks on your line reveals that you no longer have data shared.
Your line is no longer a beneficiary to the line that shared data with your line.

Please house help me beg MTN to stop their stealing tricks. I received a call from 0757 and immediately N50 was deducted from my account; the message was that I have successfully subscribed to MTN Magic voice. MTN should stop this professional stealing tricks. I didn't subscribe, only answered a call.
