It's probably because there isn't any Internet Access Point on the phone, without the access point the H or E sign will never show..... You can manually add the access point for the network you're using and start surfing ✔

If you're running Android 4.0 upwards, you should find the USB debugging under settings' developer option' if you're running on Android 2.3 you should find the USB debugging under,_settings_applications_deveopment...

That's Weird... Hmmm... Maybe the first time you flashed the ROM that caused the issue, it's possible it affected the Modem of the phone, hmmm...... Just Google the issue and see if there are other people with similar issues, and if there are there'll probably be a solution ✔

Yeaaaaaaa.... People had similar problems....I downloaded a Zip file that would re-write my fones Build.prop but still no show... Flashed it... Bt the network still didn't come out... I no think say Jreyez sabi this one....

Instead of using Freedom and going through all these unnecessary wahala why not just download the cracked apk if the FIFA 14.....?
