MorganCapital:

Our shareholders fund as at our last quarterly filing with the SEC was over N800million and over N700million as at our last audited report (Dec 31st 2013).

Is it possible for a Company that only recently invested over US$1million in pioneering the only ONLINE REAL TIME stock trading platform in Nigeria currently not to have met the capital base of N300million even if it capitalises the cost of the software which alone is more than US$1m?

All these smear campaigns about MorganCapital Securities not being able to meet the new capital base requirement are from competitors who have found it difficult to compete with our innovations that have empowered our clients like none before.

We wish to state clearly that MorganCapital Securities is here to stay and we will continue to break new grounds and pioneer innovative products that will set us apart from other houses.

Beautiful inversion.

The existing shareholders will have to buy it at a premium while non-holders like me can get it at a discounted market price as the price continues to plummet.

Well I expect some proxy companies and market makers to do the bidding of you-know-who.

I think that is yet to be disclosed. Per adventure the "inversion" persists, would it then be ok to refer to the date as a disqualification date?

From Transcorp's 2013 results, the Hotels brought in greater than half of revenues. This will change though with Ughelli adding to the bottom line. Does anyone here know what percentage of the Hotels is being spun off from the parent in the IPO?

Honestly, I would prefer that Morgan raise their brokerage fees if it would lead to improved services. The focus has been on the "Product" at the expense of the "Service". And YES, the product is a real deal. Would love to have the Morgan experience. But could it be that the staff are not well renumerated and so have low morale? I have remained a prospective client for about a month now(documentation completed). My patience is waning. They are quick to engage in e-war but won't respond to queries from customers. It is unthinkable that I send an email to a corporate organization and have to wait endlessly for an acknowledgement or response. Is it that their exchange server's got issues? Or the staff have read-only rights?? Sorry Morgan supporters, I just had to do this. I sure will get their attention this way. Seriously, it is no smear campaign, just another outburst for service dissatisfaction.

If I had a chance to meet their CEO, I would suggest he raises the brokerage fees, increase staff renumeration so I can have better services. Awuf dey run belle

how does one get encouraged to keep investing his hard earned money in the NSE if one will not enjoy the benefits........is that my dividend has been stolen or it got mixed up in transit....am talking about FBNH dividend. the postal workers insist that it has not gotten to them, First registrar claims it has been sent.

Getting the right people in the right sits is more important than having the wrong people in place in the first instance. You can only motivate the right folks.
