Maybe his lawyers forgot to tell him that they needed the money more than he does

When ever the judicial system in Nigeria ask the offender to pay the offended,its best the offended quit pursuing his compensation, cus u ain't getting nothing from the offender & the court does absolutely nothing, unless you amongst the powerful elite in our society.

While I do not know what Baba Suwe told his lawyer....it is usually good policy for defendants in a criminal case to tell their lawyers the truth...because it would be of great help to the lawyer in preparing the case for the defence ....and either getting a light sentence, or even no sentence.

Start lying to your lawyer as a defendant...and you make the prosecution's job easier.

to humiliate a family man & not enforce the payment of his compensation is nothing short of a travesty. this incident is about 3 years ago, why is the NDLEA not pressured to by the authorities to pay baba suwe?
