1. Battery life is unpredictable. Sometimes, i use it (from 100%) for up to six hours multitasking 3D and HD gaming. ( GTA Sa and Asphalt and Watching 1080p blue ray movies. Other times, the phone gases out under four hours. Ps: I am a very heavy user. Battery socks on 3G though. Much better on WiFi. I haven't updated my device yet. C'mon, a 1920mAh on an octacore processor with Mali 450mp4 wasn't going to be good.

2) Multitasking is a breeze. It doesn't get smoother although sometimes it may hang after prolonged use. Just switch off display and switch on again. The phone go regain him sense.

3 Performance is great. You can play 2 HD games at once without having to restart.

4) Gorilla glass: they lied to us. I've seen little scratches on my device just little under a month after purchase. Also A mirror scratched the centre of the screen and left a scar. Smh. The phone has fallen face down thrice and hasn't shattered. This is because phones are thrice more likely to break when they fall on their sides (edge) Google it.

Edit : Gorilla glass are only scratch resistant.( infinix disappointed) but are not damage resistant . (Sapphire glass is)

5) Camera : under good lighting conditions, the camera lives up to its billing. At night though it still performs well, it struggles. The flash is too bright. It tends to make you close your eyes. I wouldn't recommend taking a selfie in the dark. The HDR mode as far as I'm concerned isn't any good. ? ??

6) Panorama : invent tried it yet.

7)the design is cool, we all know that. All eyes focused on my hand everywhere I go. Banks, class, church, etc. The way people dey eye the phone dey fear me. Sometimes I dey fear whether people dey plan wan thief the phone.

keypad: It's cool. Very precise though I'm used to SwiftKey.

9) it gets warm with heavy use : heavy gaming. The top part of the phone (possibly where the battery is) gets uncomfortably hot when charging and using it simultaneously, the lower part remains unchanged.

I have been reading all the comments from page 90 and your review has made me to relax, i ordered for the phone and has not yet arrived,when i read some people's review, it just makes me feel like i should cancel my order or reject the phone when it arrives, i live in Ebonyi, ordered for the phone on 30th Sept, till now it has not yet arrived o, is it normal? think say by now i don supposed get am, thanks once more for this detailed review, you have cleared my doubts and now i know exactly want am buying, pros and cons

yes sir, not to worry i already have a 10,000mah powerbank, am well prepared! plus am not a gamer, just a surfer! the way people have condemned the phone before now as iron, hot plate,fake gorilla glass etc, i think it all depend on usage,i used a gionee p2 before now that i gave out, it had its own issues but i did not come to nairaland telling people not to buy it because of my observation, just review the phone (infinix zero) based on your honest user experience and don't exaggerate things just because you want to discourage other people, that is why i love ArchFrelancer's review, he said it just the way it is from his user experience

Changed my mind and got the zero gold version. It came in on friday,sincerely its been behaving really well(battery et all,didn't try drop test sha) been playing my fav game, Blade slinger without the phone really heating up. Still checking it out though.
Someone said the battery is Li-pol,the descrition on my pack says its Li-ion.
