Note 4 has been released in South Korea which I guess is where this news is coming from.

Don't forget that Samsung is a Korean company so if the defect is happening on their home tuff then there should be lots of cause for concern.

Dude it is not a rumor Samsung has acknowledged it officially. They even mentioned it in the phone manual.

Whether it is a fault or not is not the issue. The question is do some Note 4 units have a gap between screen and body? And the answer is yes some do.

However, Samsung have said it is to be expected and it is not a problem.
