disconnect the power plug..... remove the direct chip or modem.... turn it on n wait for the qsat startup logo..... insect the chip or modem and wait till it connects to server... hope it wrks....

Thats your problem. How do you describe a person who fails to abide by simple instruction? Riding of motorcycle on major highways are prohibited, anyone who does would be arrested. Disobeying rules here attracts a ban and you'll be banned if you do so
