Sometimes I wonder if education has really done anything in some Nigerian youth at all. Ask yourself if they found any drug on him. They detained him for many days yet did not find any drug on him...so why would you prosecute such a person?
your logic gat ill as prefix!

court verdict are based on proves he might be guilty
but not convicted due to less proves from NDLEA

Still cant get your point. However, let me tell you a little about the Prima Facie- The plaintiff (NDLEA) must produce affirmative evidence showing that the accused (Baba Suwe) was in possession of the said drugs. Beyond reasonable doubt the NDLEA has failed to produce any evidence to this effect hence the reason the court directed the NDLEA to pay compensatory damages to Baba Suwe.

In conclusion; Baba Suwe was acquitted of all charges leveled against him by the NDLEA and has been proved by the courts which is a legal means for checks and balances for such cases in question. NDLEA should pay up as their actions recently is a grand design to hinder the court’s administration of justice.

I hope you understand my grammatical jargons. Thanks!

I think he has his reasons. In Nigeria, government don't ever pay you. If para-venture you get paid, you would had signed several pacts with few interest groups to help you pull off the fight and get paid, and at the end of the show, you may end up with just 5 million out of the 25 million.
