Benco u got It all wrong when u posted this on this tread..u would have added people to d group privately (low key things) without putting it publicly..now everyone ones attention has diverted to whatsapp n bbm groups..there are lot of people here that are just guests I.e there can't comment, there don't have whataspp nor bbm..there rely mainly on d questions n answers we post 4 information about d school..

submitted after u have paid ur acceptance fee school fees;
1.Student Biodata Form=O
2.O-level Result(s)
3.WASSCE/NECO Results Checker (Scratch Cards)
4.JAMB Result & Post UTME score/DE
5.Parent Record Form=O
6.Medical Record
7.Birth Certificate
8.Local Government or Indegene Identification
9. Parent TAX Clearance
10. Osun State Development Levy
11.Latter of Attestation=O
12.Matriculation Oath=O
13.Matriculation Number Form=O
14.Student School Fees Payment Receipt/Evidence of Pay
15. JAMB ADMISSION LETTER (I.e d one we are asking u guys
to print out now)

When u are not informed in life u will b deformed,
Those of u admitted already should try n start making some
of those documents available. Coz failure to submitted ur
files within a speculated time always attracts a sum of 10k
paid to d school

Pls get this clear.....DAT group was created for a purpose wich includes those who got admitted n majority of dem re okuku campus just to make it easier in case u need accommodation n all DAT, so instead of seeking for accommodation here in dis thread kindly go to d WhatsApp group, announce urself , find who is in same dept or campus with u n relate dats all.....all those ish can't be sed here in dis thread cus this thread is for information like those I pasted n important dates n very serious ish like wat to do next after printing d acceptance letter, wich banks atm card can use interswitch technology and all that. So pls any questions u need answers to just drop it here n we will gladly reply or share more lights on it. Thanks

The first thing first is clearance..during clearance they will ask u to submit all ur ssce results n jamb result..is after u are cleared I.e u don't have any outstandings or problem with ur ssce result. Then u will b asked to go n pay fees....pls n pls do not pay fees if u haven't been cleared.

They will go through all ur ssce results and make sure u meet all d credit requirements to study the course..if u are having any deficiencies they will ask u to change ur course..but those people without credit pass in English n Maths n don't know ur fiat oh..

Dats nt acceptance clearance. Its payment of acceptance fee. Paying acceptance simply means confirming dat u hav accepted d admission given to u. Hope u hav printed out ur acceptance fee receipt. Then u provide all d credentials OKEKEONYI aforementioned above.

it cn be gotten almost anywhr wit a reliable source e.g fr ur cleric/clergyman OR written on ur behalf fr a specified organisatn or even local govt(if u ve any1 working there).It's jst a letter of affirmatn of ur gud behaviour & dat u'll comply wit sch rules & regulatns.

U did justice to d question...it can b goten from Church,Mosques, traditional institutions n any classified institutions...
