The Russians lost the FIRST Chechen war, which was a war between the sepratist state of Chechnya and Russia. Islamists were barely involved.

The Russians WON the SECOND Chechen war, which was MAINLY againts Muslim Sepratists.

Second, you have no proof that you have more radicals than Chenya did, Radicals from across the GLOBE went to fight there.

Finally, Nigeria is NO WHERE NEAR the best COIN military in the world.
