Gud pm pqls pls i nid a clarification on this, cn lasu admit up to 120 peeps in accountin edu? cos based on the analysis dat i jst made they hav admited 23 peeps both in merit and 1st suplementary list wereas 25 lagosians scored 45 and above while 72 candidates frm oda states scored 50 and above(taking 45 as cut off 4 lag aspirant and 50 4 ODA STATE) makin a total of 120 in all. Furthermore i also observed dat all candidates dat scored 45+ in d first post utme were offered admission regardless of their state of origin. Pls if sum1 cn clarify dis my analysis or asumption per say and also post the capacity of d dept........tanks |

Ellemuah:Hi, I wrote the first postume with 61% for medicine. though did not pick Lasu as my first choice. now considering the facts that Lasu have 100 as they quota for medicine and they have only admitted 72 names only which made up of only first choice candidate. is they still hope for us in the next list |

Is the 45 a general cut-off or is there are some courses with a higher/low cutoff? |

simdam500:There are some courses with higher nd sum with lower cut-offs, so it depends the course you want to offer nd if u made Lasu your 1st choice or not. For d 1st choice candidates,for instance,those that didn't get up to their preferred courses' cutoff,can be given another course with a lower cutoff.. I'm not so sure of d ones that didn't choose Lasu,except the lagosians who didn't pick Lasu..they usually have an advantage..and are lucky to be given a course. |

Bush2013:they won't release list for medicine again.if u ave 800,000 u can go to the vc's office and pay for any course u want like medicine,law and engineering. |

furetin: Putting such money for bank without any yield doesn't make gud financial mgt sense cos u wil be given the bank free money to trade. If you are d risk averse type u can invest it fixed income money mkt instruments that guarantee return e.g 30days call or fixed deposit etc. However someone like me as a risk taker the money will propel me trade in commodities with the money and turn it around. I can start with pure water and other consumables no shame here cos shit money no dey smell Last line, it doesnt worth it reacting to Ryota post on ds thread cos she has no locust stàndi to be here as she claims shes admitted to uniben and am sure she can get lots of friends shes looking for here at Benin or uniben thread. So to a discerning mind her friendship motive here is questionable and calls for caution as i suspect the gullible guys here could be scammed. Caveat emptor! Let d buyer beware. He who av hears let him/her listen to wht d spirit of God is telling d church (lasu thread) |
