from a reliable source u can stat working ur nysc to ur preferred location once u have your callup number. Please oo can someone put me through on how to pay online cos it tells me unsuccessful transaction anytime i try pay. i use a verve card

it won't have any implication as far there is money in the card. What they are interested in is the money not the owner of the card.
So feel free to use any card provided, there is money.

NYSC has no business with ur card details or the owner of the account, they are only interested in the money you paid.
Can you buy something online and pay with someone's card?

It's not a must. Pay 4k, get your call-up number by mail/text, refuse to pay and write it off the board whenever your school chooses to paste it.
