The nigerian opposition party have shown a radiant level of irresponsibility and hostility toward the nigerian polity and why is this? Is it that the opposition think they can do it better? Well if they think so then let them wait cus 2015 is just around the corner, why are they trying by every means necessary to destroy the polity just to gain cheap political points, or do they think they are the only opposition on earth, we have opposition all over but the opposition here have shown a very high level of " irresponsible and unpatriotic display of hostility towards the government of the country, they ve made statements that encourage disunity and anarchy, ve tried severally to undermine the faith of the nigerian people on their government.
It is no news that the nigerian people and their government are at war against the forces of extremism( it should be noted that it is generally believed by nigerians that the opposition are complicit in this crime against the people they seek to lead) and this war is a war that has to be fought with weapons several attempts by the nigerian government to acquire the needed weapons to be used in prosecuting the war against terror have being foiled by the " enemies of the nigerian state" one would expect a patriotic and responsible opposition to rally round the government in support but the statements being made by the opposition only goes to say that they are supporters of our enemies, proponents of our failures and advocates of a weak and failed nigerian state,
they have clearly shown to us that as long as Jonathan remains the president of Nigeria they (APC) WILL NEVER HAVE A NIGERIAN INTEREST AT HEART, this is what we ve seen noticed and watched helplessly as they battle shamefully to win a noble position that we all know they are unfit for

I would say gej's lack of transparency and will to fight corruption makes it susceptible to allegations such as those being raised by the opposition and many other Nigerians.

Why don't you shut and own up, ehn?
Of what good is this PDP since 1999?

Is it not this APC that started giving some of their elects the run for their money?

Most of them started performing just few years back from the fear of ACN, now APC taking over their state!

But at the federal level, what was the achievement?

Ever rising debt profile?
Incessant corruption?
Hobnob with the corrupt politicians?
Decaying educational system?
Affordable Federal health system in each state?
Good federal roads in most states?
Stupid revenue allocation policy?
Inflation reduction?
Good railway lines?
Nice locomotive railways carriage?
Of what good has this administration actually been since 1999? Or maybe is hould say: since 2011 because Yar dua really was on the way to building on OBJ's policy. He has already reduced the running cost of governance and almost solved the insurgent's wahala both boko haram and the militants..

Instead, we are punushed by the bower-hat wearing dumbfuck!!!

OP, you should be very ashamed for support brazen acts of corruption. Since the story broke, how many versions and denials did we get before admission?

They are looting us dry, pardoning those that already served time, throwing away court cases, throwing Federal power on people who should be locked up. You are here having the effrontery to insult the sensibilities of Nigerians. May God deliver you from the thunder that is still doing press up for you.

OP, why don't you concentrate on figthing Ghanaians here as you do most of the time and leave Nigerian politics to those who actually know what they are talking about? This has to be the dumbest thread of 2014.

Trying lamely to concoct blame deceptively and place such at the door of the APC for the disgraceful conduct of your FG, led by the ultra-corrupt and "don't give a damn" GEJ, just shows you are another highly dishonest person who really needs to keep his mouth shut or face his usual business here.

1. As a Christian: Am very offended that the PDP is using Christainity and the Gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ as a cover for their evil of money laundery and illegal arm smuggling. Perpetrating acts that leads to the deaths of human souls.

2. As a Nigerian: I am very heart-broken that our Government is looting us in every single turn imaginable. Under developing this country. Mortgaging the future of Nigeria. Sabotaging he "Labours Of Our Heroes Past". Amassing our collective fortunes as if they own it. Drowning us in loans that they have no ideas on how to repay.

3. As a Literate: I hate the insult to our sensibilities as people. Taking us for granted. Giving us lame excuses for their deliberate misrule. Installing the most incompetent folks in position of power.

Finally, I find it very unforgivable for citizens like to poster to come here and hold brief for an evil deed that is bright as day. I have no problem with people having a totally different opinion - But even the truth should be seen once in a while.

No matter how you spine this, the Federal Government were wrong on the way and manner they conducted their South African Business.

Thank you. The GEJ Presidency has done a lot to show me that Nigeria is indeed full of many demented elements ready to support what is outrightly evil and condemnable.

This dumb thread is akin to blaming and attacking a 2 year old toddler sexaully assaulted by a 50 year old pervert only to turn around and absolve the paedophile of blame when he deserves the most painful castration possible and lenghty incarceration afterward. With the likes of OP parading themselves as Nigerians it is clear we do not even need external enemies.

can you please explain to us how and why you think the nigerian government was wrong in the way and manner in which it made that transaction, and why do you think this is not a direct plot by the south African government to undermine the nigerian integrity and stance in Africa, you people have sworn that the nigerian state cannot be lead as long as you are not the ones leading, it cannot record successes as long as you are not the one making the decisions.

Jonathans administration is fraught with successes and failures and this is not alien to governments anywhere in the world. If you ask Mr Asiwaju the question " what is the nigerian national interest" i am very sure he will say a lot of bull cap without hitting the point, the same goes for him and all the member of his party.

1. The flight used was not properly cleared in Nigeria before leaving for South Africa as required by law.
2. The means and channel used in transferring the money was illegal (Nigeria has a cashless policy in place aimed to discourage actions like that).
3. Considering the volume of cash and the amount of weapon it can buy, South Africa have the authority to be dully notified. But were not.
4. How do you explain an official transaction that did not include any official aboard the flight.
5. Only a rogue nation uses a plane registered for Gospel and Missionary work to smuggle money meant for illegal arms deal.
6. The money being moved in that manner can be used for anything and diverted at any point with a trace. We only know because the got caught. Thanks to Sahara Reporters.
7. As usual, the first response were denials. The SA did not hold it and released more information, Nigerians would not have gotten a confession and acceptance.
8. The lies told, deception promulgated and shielding of the smugglers show their is more than meet the eyes.

So how can in the mist of these deception, will you not even accept that the FG made mistakes (did wrong) and even now promote it is the fault of APC? Is the money, the jet, the pilot, the passengers and the officials conducting these shady business members of APC? Or you are just angry that the thief got caught and this is a "One Day For The Owner (Nigerians)"?

or turn a blind eye towards people who defraud Nigerian youth in the name of giving us jobs and kill many of us in the process....

i look at your reasons and i laugh at your ignorance, nigerian domestic cashless policy should now be applied on matters of military procurements, and who told you the Cape authorities where not dully informed, are you going to back that with existing evidence, do you hold it on solid fact and authority that the SA authorities where unware of any such transaction before it commenced?
Do you think the south Africans are not trying to undermine nigerian interest and are doing the right thing in ignoring diplomatic channels and going all out to broadcast the details of an official confidential Arms deal ( if with the available evidence you still don't think so then there is a problem)

Will you blame Mr president if an earthquake occurs today in nigeria resulting in lose of lives. The goodluck Jonathan administration have seen the continuous removal of more public administrative officials than any other administration in Nigeria from the military to his cabinet and all this are in a bit to curb corruption and incompetence , you must agree with me that president goodluck Jonathans administration is faced with some of the worst challenges ever in the history of Nigeria, this is the first time we re seeing an unconventional religious army within our borders threatening to destroy the peace we all enjoy, this is the first time that we ve seen any leader ever in the history of Nigeria to undertake all the roles of the nation on his shoulder, this is the first time that we ve seen so much progress and diversification of our economy. This is the first time that a nigerian leader have recorded so much successes in the first of so much challenges. I leave it to you to chose who you will align with, the tested or the untested.
