A federal High Court has removed acting governor of Adamawa state. The court immediately instals the former deputy governor to Muritala Nyako, who was assumed to have resigned. As a result, INEC has been put on notice to stop coming election. More info, later.

Anyway, it is all good as Ribadu can now fully contest in next year's Guber' election, not as though he was not allowed before, but this new development will allow that PDP bye-election candidate to contest next year too. It will be a tough battle next year for Ribadu I bet.


But, since Goodluck could become President after his boss' death, it is in line that the Deputy of ex. Gov. Nyako will complete Nyako's tenure as Governor before next year's Guber' election in Adamawa state. Afterall, he went to court and denied ever submitting a resignation letter as Deputy Governor.
