Then the real question is what is the staff strength of diamond bank. I went to do a transcation ther and the people at the counter we're meh looking so unkept abi they are also contract staff. I think just a Small portion of workers are staff. At least for heritage bank.

Maybe she's not being confirmed yet

She is and she has been there over a year. She never talk about salary increase but she knows every penny I earn from my biz. I may just axe her for insincerity.

I'm telling you, many companies do that, even top companies... I really wish this contract staff thing will be stopped or their benefits be reviewed In Nigeria. . Unfortunately, it's even the contract staff that do most of the works most times, after they will be denied of many benefits, some are not even entitled to laeve...

True...but then who will do the reviewing? The same people who benefit from this same scheme? One just have to keep praying, working smart and gathering the needed experience for a better and more secure job.

Abeg engineering companies it's a shame, when u remove oil nd gas nd some good ones in power sector like Sahara, the rest you'll be hearing 50-80k during training nd Maybe 120-150 after training but that training go be like one year or over, no wonder those engineers that can't get oil nd gas keep running to banks. Anyway good news is in oil nd gas, u have ranges from 200-400 in and could also be as high as 750-850 when u get to multinational e nd ps. Tho indigenous oil firms still pay as low as 50k tho. so it's really a very wide range in here.

Shell - approx. 650k monthly
ExxonMobil and Total - approx 16m-17m per annum
Schlumberger - approx. 800k monthly

The gist is, exploration and production companies pays at least 500k monthly with other benefits while servicing companies starts from 200k.

But you MUST have your masters before you can get in!

I disagree with you on 2 things: I doubt if slb pays up to that amount for starters , and about masters That's soo not true.
