I hate to say this. but the problem we hv in south east is not the FG. but us. the members representing us in the upper and lower house has refused to do their duty. instead they hv resort to pocketing wat ever share we get from the FG govt. and seal their lips. the Enugu onitsha express road has been under construction the last time I visited that was 2011. this is bad. |

oluseyiforjesus: You are a cretinous fuuktard! The ministers are the corrupt criminals and Jonathan is the clean progressive? It is the ministers granting corrupt people pardons, felicitating with them, sending them as representatives to national conference, setting up committees to sack them for buying 2 cars for $1.6m, sacking immediately those exposing their $10bn loot, negotiating their loot for them with oil companies, hiring private jets to hide money to take abroad and having wives that want to build one useless building for N4bn? You are a cretinous fuuktard! GEJ is an angel while Okonjo-Iweala, Aganga, Adesina, Prof Chukwu are the corrupt criminals? E no go better for your lineage, fuuktard! 5 Likes |

dayosaurus: ^^^By 'voting wisely next time' i take it you mean voting for the next Hausa/Fulani the opposition presents to Nigerians?........Because this seems to be the oppositions default setting! Not keen for an argument, but suffice it to say that Ndigbo/Alaigbo has suffered immensely and been marginalized by these same Hausa/Fulani, so you'll have to forgive us if we're a bit cynical about them given the benefit of hindsight! I have known that road to be in deplorable condition since I served in Anambra 2006. I passed there August this year I could not believed what I saw. The leaders of the state and d FG are far away from us. |

You've said it all @topic i really do not understand whats with all this 'mumuish' support/ justification for GEJ by my SE people. Bar the haphazardly done joke called the akanu ibiam intl airport, which of jonathan's 2011 promises for the SE during that 2011 PDP rally at the Azikiwe stadium in Enugu have been fulfilled? where's the coal-powered plant in Enugu? where's the 2nd niger bridge (the famed gimmick which is now being consistently used to fool SE folks during election campaigns by successive leaders)? This particular death trap called a federal highway has been comatose since around 06/07. Ditto the Enugu -PH road. Heck I cannot even list up to 3 major projects the GEJ-led admin has delivered to warrant the level of support he gets from the region. Why e be say na we carry this man matter for head pass? Why we nor fit task this man on his hordes of failed promises as it concerns the region? Whats the justification of a so-called SE voter bloc for pdp/jonathan? smh berem: 2 Likes |

Otunbab: my friend stop say or typing wat u dont no. do u think they havent tried 2 get d fed govt 2 do sometime bout it? at least am aware peter obi informed d president bout it. look dis is nigeria where nothing happens. by the way dont we have fed mins of works again, wat is happening 2 budget allocated them 2 repair these roads. use d old expressway bw awka 2 onitsha n u not c a single pothole. it was repaired with state funds. if we keep on using state funds 2 repair fed roads then i suggest fed mins of work should be abolished. beside if not dat d lagos ibadan road is d most important road in nigeria now( due to d high commercial usage) do u honestly think d fed govt would repairing it 1 Like |

Nice comment from sensible person. Other governors are already doing dat. Not repairing road in the name of federal road is pure lack of vision. In fact all this their supporters should show us the states road they have repaired sef egift: 1 Like |

Meanwhile Ifeanyi Ubas TAN has several Bill Boards showing roads built by GEJ and why Nigerians must vote for him in 2015. I wonder how he travels to his village in the East if it is through the roads on the bill board. 2 Likes |
