lezz: What do you mean rich? I have already concluded that your level of education is not above tertiary learning. Some concepts of economy are way too complicated for some pea-sized brain like yours to comprehend. Nigeria is not richer than SA at all. It only has a bigger consumer market. My friend, the use of generators and absence of electricity is the epitomy of failure. Economy as big as Nigeria's should have a stable power supply and refrain from its backwardness. |

I laughed when the Nigerian mumus were talking about nationalising SA firms, joke of the year. These incompetent boons ran down all the companies they took over during the last indigenization act. look at what happened to the company HTV that was given an advantage over DSTV, bankrupted and no longer active. I even heard that globocom was bankrupt. No wonder foreigners dominate in Nigeria , look at them complaining about foreign dominance. agaugust: You still live in the past. SA as at today has every village, town and city electrified. I have never seen any area in SA without electricity. So, where do you get your imaginary 15 million? 2 Likes 1 Share |

I can confidently say that as at today, under the ANC government, over 95% households have electricity. THAT I AM SURE!!! The ANC first objectives when they assumed power in 1994, through the policy of RDP they pledged to electrify and to install sewage system (sanitation) to every household in SA and now I am appalled by @Agaugust unfounded claims about certain imaginery 15 million people without power. |

agaugust: Because they know is a pure lie, thats why they wouldnt argue.Do you mean photos of post 1994 during which times were tough for blacks to access electricity? SA has moved forward and the only areas with no electricity are those that either practically impossible for electrification because of the terrain such as those who live in the remote villages on top of mountains and those who live in informal settlement which by the way is temporary. Since, SA cannot challenge you, I want you to attach sources which are not older than one year to substantiate your claims. This year around June, I watched a programme on television which confirmed that SA now has electrified over 95% household. So, chief don't spread lies please. Eskom is working everyday in SA to ensure that every household has access to electricity free of charge. |

OK..... No constant electricity in Nigeria but 1. The richest man in Africa made it there 2. The richest black woman too 3. The economy has the highest purchasing power in Africa 4. Our entertainment industry is number one in Africa We don't need electricity to grow talents. That's why psquare will always be better than all SA artistes put together U can hate but the truth is......the day Nigeria start to experience constant electricity like SA, we would never be compared with any country in Africa again. 4 Likes 1 Share |
