WSC=WRONG SUBJECT COMBINATION, sir u will b moved to another depertment, wait for the movement list by end of this month

pls, d tin is I have not been given my citizenship certificate bt I was issued a letter wit the local government name on it address as TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, so I want to know if they will accept it..
