Dude, i hav no issue with rivers domination in u.p,its bin a tradition,bt wat gt me concerned was de basic list,it had extremely high percentage of rivers indigenes,although am nt a basic grad. bt dat list gt me annoyed, merit list was fair 2 oda states,even though rivers still dominated sha.
