all those you mentioned are cool, buh wats the moral in dat arugba movie ?
On Arugba, I will say chastity. Girls should keep their virgin. That you are "exposed" to higher education and other modern ways of life is not an excuse to indulge in sexual immorality. If sexual immorality continues, there will be scarcity of "arugba" in Oshogbo.

Mine should be IGODO. A very legendary movie. Followed by "ORACLE". No nigerian movie like these two. Finally "ISSAKABA" part 1-6 cheesy
Issakaba was messed up towards the Part 4-6.
It should v ended in Part 3.
But the producer wants to make more cash.
Last Bullet
My fav Nollywood movies plenty o. Make I list them:
Yoruba Nollywood Movie
* Koseegbe by Tunde Kelani
* Alenibare (starring Odunlade Adekola, Ebun Oloyede, Wasiu Alabi Pasuma & other stars)
* Oleku by Tunde Kelani
* Agbara Nla by Mike Bamiloye (Mount Zion Films)
* Ide Esu Part 1-3 by Mike Bamiloye (Mount Zion Films)
* Aye Toto, Aye Akamora & Koto Orun by the late Akeem Ajileye
* Owo Okuta by Muyiwa Ademola (starring Olu Jacobs, Rachael Oniga, Muyiwa Ademola & others)
English Nollywood Movie
* Daybreak Part 1-2 (starring Olu Jacobs, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, Ejike Asiegbu, Emeka Ike)
* Battle Of Love (starring Nobert Young, Segun Arinze, Ramsey Noah & others). Segun Arinze is the best Antagonist in Nollywood. He sabi do boss pass Jim Iyke or Pete Edochie. But Pete Edochie fits bigman or a chief boss.
* Blood On The Alter by Mike Bamiloye (Mount Zion Film)
* Igodo (starring Nobert Young, Prinze James Uche, Chidi Mokoeme, Munachi Monagor, & other stars)
* Out of Bound (starring Richard Mofe Damijo, Bimbo Akintola, Ayo Adesanya & others)
* Mr Ibu Part 1-2 (starring Charles Okafor, Osita Iheme- Pawpaw). I don't even know the most interesting btw Part 1 or 2. But I know you ll laugh & never get tired when you watch it over & over.
* Aki Na Ukwa (starring Aki & Pawpaw- Chinedu Ikedieze, Osita Iheme & Munachi Munagor).
To be updated in future.

1. 6. State of Emergency: JT Tom-West (RIP) made this movie bad-asss, his role was just on point. I always love the bad guys...can't forget the scene where a bomb was delivered to the school of the President's daughter wrapped in a gift wrapper and Saint Obi went James Bond on us to prevent the explosion
8. Tears in Heaven: I take style cry for this film sha. I remember Grace Amah and Susan Patrick from it, twas sad how their eldest sister died of cancer after all she sacrificed for her 3 siblings and then the turn around by the two rebels. What I love most were the songs. My best:

"I wan tell you something about wetin God dey do o
I wan tell you say, I have the love of God
Na him dey make me happy, na him dey make me jolly, na him dey make me sing egwu chineke...."

+ ISSAKABA... These r my best.

The girl (I've forgotten her name) was picked by the deity as one of the few virgins as the Arugba (calabash bearer) during the Osun-Oshogbo Festival. Don't forget, the person that bears the calabash must be a virgin.

Oleku
Thunderbolt (Magun)
Koto Aye
Owo Blow Part 1, 2, and 3
Sarowo ide
Iru Eshin

Those were classic Yoruba movies. Not now that we have trashy movies being released every week except for some few.
Bros na 1960 them born you! see as you give us list of life. but you no mention any Ogunde, Adeluv or Baba Sala film.
