If the duration of his intended course is 4years, then thats what you should fill

Ok thanks bro, I should just tell him to fill 4 years but I hope VO won't treat what LOA says? Because I don't want him to deny base on Length Of Stay .... He has about #10M on his bank acc and his sponsoring himself , he is working as Health Adviser for a reputation company and he has poultry farm as well, he has about 6 landed properties and 1 C of O for a land... But he do not have any TRAVEL HOSTORY because his passport is new and he has never been out country since he was born... Pls shield more light on this ... Thanks bro .... ( how important is travel history for securing visa ? Have you seen anybody with no travel history that got TRV and study permit in Canada?)

Since 4years is stated on the loa, then you're good
Please is he going for a second degree?.. Not having a travel history is not a problem as long as his reasons to travel to Canada are genuine and he can prove it.. BTW I'm a sis not a bro

No his LOA stated that Pre-Nursing usualy takes 1 year for completion after which when he pass he will proceed to bachelor degree in Nursing which is 4 years... So now all his stay will be 5 years .... What do you suggest on this My sister?
And NO, he is not going for second degree ... He just want to start nursing at fresh ... Awaiting your reply thanks ... Have you seen anybody with no travel history that got TRV and study permit in Canada?)

Hi guys ... My lil brother is having some difficulties which I want to help him out ...
He applied for Nursing program and when his LOA came out they wrote that he has been accepted for Pre-Nursing that after He pass Pre-nursing he will proceed to Bachelor programe in Nursing ... (1) The point now is on his LOA they wrote Pre-Nursing is usually takes 1 year to complete .... (2) the second point is, after he paid for schools fees, the school sent him receipt of payment made AND one letter that says for Visa Purposes Letter but on this letter they wrote that he has paid $$$$ for his admitted for Pre-Nursing of 4 Years program.
Now the question is what will it wrote on IMform in student information form? Where they asked to fill what length is his programe of study (he should write 1 year program OR 4 years program) thanks house he needs answer very urgent ... Thanks to y'all...
this one is kinda tricky....had the same issue ,buh I just wrote one year;since dats what was written on the acceptance letter. I figure u should write it that way n explain further in your statement....stand to be corrected tho

I stand to be corrected o Cuz I'm still a learner myself, but i think if he puts one year, he might have to extend his study permit when the one year elapses, but if he puts 5 years it covers the duration of the prog. I hope more experienced guys will contribute tho, Cuz this is a tricky one

This where problem raises because when someone refused study permit and TRV on bases of LENGHT OF STAY or DURATION OF STAY IN Canada it means he or she didn't input the data well on how long his/her program will runs ... And I want to avoid this for my lil brother ... Can more guru in the building contribute to this and let short it out please, because I know a lots of people are having this type of problem and if care is not taking he or she will be refuse TRV... Thanks bro and sis ... More problems solver needed asap ... Waiting for reasonable contribution from guru's ...

Lol.....Not at all bro. Just that I'm an hepatitis patient but undergoing some treatment! I don't want that to disqualify me! That's why I'm asking. Thanks

You will be asked during interview with the doctor and when your medical report gets to CIC you will be requested to go for further medical examination

Will the docs ask specifically if he has hepatitis? That means it's important

they told her, they even counselled her seeing that she wasn't aware of it b4 and told her it wasn't a chronic one yet she was denied...tho she didn't tell me if it was stated as reasons for denial, she only called me on phone that it wasn't approved...

Lol., of course they will run HIV test, but I don't think d result will be as significant to CIC as other diseases that could have a direct public health impact e.g tuberculosis, hepatitis or other communicable diseases. My advice, ppl should know their health status prior going 4 medicals
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 6 by realone01(m): 2:08pm On Oct 11, 2014
Wat he was trying to say is that they dont reject an application just because the applicant is tested positive. He is not saying that dey wont test for HIV

Be advised, u will be tested for HIV along with others. You must sign a consent form given to you by the hospital and from what I read on the form HIV, All Hepatitis many others will be tested. They even said if any injury occurs during ur medics they (cic and the hospital) shall not be liable. What I don't know is if they deny based on positive outcomes of the diseases mentioned.
