I was among those who never wanted to pay the said amount of 4k but when I consider one or two things, I decided to pay. I don't want anything to be use against me in future.
Right now am working on where I will be posted to which is either Delta or Lagos. It gives me more time to plan and process things...
My advise for my fellow PCMs... Please if you have the money just pay but if you don't have kindly wait till Thursday or Friday when it will be pasted in various schools

I'm guessing you r talking about my previous analysis of d new NYSC digital system... Well, bulk SMS/AMS is just an attribute of the whole system, that is not the main system itself! Something has to generate the information that will be distributed by the bulk AMS/SMS software! And as for the 4k, no worry if u don't dey collect allowee, u go forget am!
