Peace brethren. In christiandom we are taught that we should seek the Lord and all other things would be added? But my question is that 'why are there still poor born again Christians?'. There are some deep believed brothers and sisters in our churches today, who cant live average life or have their basic needs. But they serve the Lord. I wonder why they are still poor.

Because most of the time this particular people ( not all though ) either belief that God is punishing them for their past sins or since they're born poor they should remain poor to the extend that no matter how much God blesses them their mentality can't make them make the best use of it while some think that riches is a sin ( don't laugh o , there are Christians like that) .

Very insightful question. I really think the cause is personal. Some christians are lazy and dont always want to take risks. They would rather wait to get manna from Heaven. Mind you, God is not a magician. Heaven helps you when you help yourself. On the contrary, there are quite a handful of christians that are very rich and successful too. God is ever Faithful as long as you keep your own side of the bargain

Because if you did, you would understand why some nations are rich and why others are poor.
A rich nation would tend to have more rich people and less poor people, and vise versa.

These so called poor christians are on a "waiting" mission... You know na..."wait on the Lord type things"..

A lot of these people have high blood pressure. And they call it spiritual attack.. Forgetting that they have no means to acquire the wealth that they constantly pray for and when the prayers are fruitless, which is 99.9% of the time,

..they tend to blame others for their short comings (the devils, their neighbors, their forefathers, cigarettes because it drives away angels, their landlord because he is using their luck to build his second house, their step mother "witch things"..
