Is it proper for a born again child of God to be working in a company where they produce cigarette or beer?

This question has been there for ages and it never gets a definite answer. Its a very controversial. I think it depends on the personal conviction. Something in your mind will tell you if its right to accept or not. A pastor once told me its not right for a christian to work in an hotel. That was when i gave up arguing some things about christianity because different people have different meaning to the bible. I had to argue with him that not everyone you see in an hotel is a prostitute. Not every man that comes out of an hotel is an adulterer. When he as a christian is busy rebuking people that go to hotels, another christian is busy making money from hotel business.

Some people need to be reminded with pictures from the last failed Immigration service recruitment! Cos e be like say common sense dey disappear when it comes to religion matters .

By the way, BAT(British-American Tobacco), Diageo (Guiness) are good companies. Better grab the offer sharply, if you have one.

Your brainwash churches tell you that you shouldn't take cigarette or beer but instead invest the money in their churches.

the hotel analogy doesnt fit. You're pastor needs an education .
The hotel caters to travellers, married couples, diners and adulters.
It is a beneficial necessity in som cases.
Cigarrete, alchohol are inimical goods in d long run.

Where does pastors etc stay when they go for crusades etc?

It's no better (or worse) than selling marijuana, khat or cocaine.

They are all addictive subtances with the potential to ruin lives.

If you wouldn't sell one then you shouldn't sell the other.
