I really need to ask some questions about the Ecobank selection process.
Having scaled the hurdle I find most frightening,it'll be heartbreaking to miss out on grounds of unpreparedness/lack of information

Please,if you passed through the whole process lately,kindly help a brother.

Got a mail from HR that I'll be contacted for d interview stage.
I want to know what format it takes and how many stages of interview does one av to scale?
I also want to know the kinda questions to expect from the interview panel.
I also need to know if the dreaded "how much should we pay you" question is usually asked.
In addition,what departments are training school graduate usually absorbed into?This I believe would help me answer the "where do you see yourself in 5/10 years" question.
How long is the whole process from aptitude test to training school resumption.

My recruitment process was quite different from what you may have.
Expect to have interview questions like
Why do you want to work in Ecobank
: Your values
: Where do you want to be in the next 5 years
And the normal questions like your strengths and weaknesses, what do you have to offer etc.
The duration for the entire process varies from batch to batch. Ecobank' is usually slow with recruitment.
: training school is usually A month and if you perform best, you choose your dept else you'll be posted as the bank needs.
If there's anything else I missed please do inform me.

Which kinda activities are employed in grading?Is it like a regular skool wit courses/course outline?

How many stages of interview.?

Do we have to tender original WAEC result?...I can't seem to lay my hands on mine

Do we get to negotiate pay ?

Hw do u rate ecobank based on your time spent there so far?
