I think you need to give your self a break, speak with your self and project the kind of person you want to be...that is the beginning.

Op is right o. I'm an introvert yeah, I started talking very much when I stumbled on jb's bar. The bar helped in making me talk but my offline life is what op posted.

I think so, most times you're just used to yourself that you think too much about something.. The question if it's as a result of your past experience, Maybe but being introvert has a bigger effect on Your mood swing.

This is so true. I made only one frnd throughout my secondary school, and I am still very close with her, its been almost ten years since we met now, even here in university. Its still just one close frnd too.
