I have so many reasons why I should date a shy and introvert guy which I believe many of you forumites will agree to. It seems I have some of the xteristics of the shy guy as stated by the author of this post but i don't really know sha... I have never brought myself to speak to a lady be4, Just can't face them and don't think I will ever be able to do that. The author of this post is right. I don't go out, my friend always complains. In church, put me in the front seat or next to a lady, i will not be comfortable until the service is over. To be sincere I think I'm extremely shy. But my problem is this "Shy and Introvert" and "Confident and Extrovert" thing. Does it mean all Introverts are not confident? I do not know your definition of confidence but to me, not all Introverts are less confident. I am a living witness. Introvert motivations are quite different from that of the extroverts.

I use to tell people that if i don't talk or do something that others around me do, it doesn't mean that i was afraid or less confident to do such. My interest and motivation makes me to do something or choose to look the other way.

Ur write-up makes sense to me. I'm an introvert, phlegmel I believe. I'm dating (perhaps, courting) a lady, I hope to settle down with. She loves me and I love her too.
Knowing that I'm too quiet to a fault, she sometimes encourages me to spice up my behaviour and to dress more casual. I just like to dress simple bcuz I don't like to attract attention but I don't find her opinion offensive though. I think we are just cool.
