English language has developed over time and continues to pull in new words.if this colloquial use in naija is kept up with and we become more important in the world the words might just become accepted generally. I think some people still say - in case of incasity (for necessity.) In india words like lakh and crore are accepted as part of numbering in english.they also use the Word 'updation'. |
