D lenght is a factor of how much you keep them engaged and how interested they are in your presentations.

I knw someone that spent 30mins plus bt d next person after him barely made 10mins

Zonal recruitment, any news?

pls house, anybody with update as regards the zonal recruitment should pls share with the house. Since HQ interview commences, the zonal recruitment info became dead. Pls, buchio, furrlow,kunleezra,et al update d house with any info available.

Abuja exam centre, any latest update? Kindly share,

Someone I know just had his interview yesterday for a management position (legal enforcement), he said the interview was so so, some of the questions were not well structured especially the male panelist wearing glasses, he had to constantly re ask his questions as he could not understand them. In all he was not overly impressed as he felt that some of the questions were not actually related to his job especially questions concerning dealing with customers.There was also a question on monopoly situation of the DISCO's.

Finally he felt that its best these type of interviews are done only by NERC and not a recruitment agency as NERC will be best placed to ask questions that are relevant to the job.

Please all just want to ask, if one does not do well in the Restral interview, does this mean that you will not be called for the NERC interview, or is it that once you pass the test you will automatically be scheduled for both interviews - with Restral and NERC?

well, it depends. But during the zonal recruitment, its not all that attended interview with RESTRAL were shortlisted and forwarded to NERC. This might not be the case in this instance. Just keep ur hope alive and believe that you are the best.

Unfortunately, i missed the interview cos i had a training in Abuja. It was rescheduled but i couldn't make it on that day as well.

Get a good grasp of the Job role and some general knowledge. Ultimately, your personality will determine how the interview will go so I cant say what will be asked. I know someone that went in and all he was asked about was his personality. That interview was purely behavioral while mine bordered more on competence. All the best.

Yes to your question. RESTRAL is only shortlisting potential candidates. NERC will do the final selection. The time of contact should be a lot faster than when you wrote the exam, so keep praying and waiting. It is well. Good luck to all
