When searching for a product, try and narrow your search results to what you want exactly. On the left side of eBay, you have various parameters. Example, if you want an unlocked bb phone for say $50 from a US seller, type in unlocked bb phone it will bring out lots of phones. On location, click on usa only, on price put the range you want say 25-50$, click on buy it now or auction only etc

ebay does not discriminate buyers be you African or European etc. Just that if as a buyer you have zero rating, some seller may refuse to sell to you. Some actually state it on their page.
